Excellent from start to finish. I called and bought a car without seeing it, something I have never done before and Aaron assured me it would be up to my standards. It was delivered to Cornwall and is absolutely mint as described. Communication was good throughout the whole process, I received a detailed video whilst the vehicle was being prepped for delivery and regular check ins from Aaron throughout the week, nothing too much trouble. I have bought a GLE 2017 this month. To be honest, the service and the guy who works there, also the owner were very polite and helpful. However, The car has Heath check done my the Mercedes. However, the stop start button is not working. When I called to report it I was told the to wait for a few days so the battery can charge. Its still not working till now. The second issue is the sunroof makes a very loud wind sound. Thats day it was the weather is windy so I gave it a few days and its still the same. The even worst thing is when I drove the car on motor way going to Europe, it was making a very noisy wind sound coming from the area between the dashboard and the front glass. Its air leaking!! I never experience this issue with any of my previous Mercedes cars before. I didn’t want to buy the same car for a cheaper from from a private seller and decided to pay extra thousands because I wanted a piece of mind. Also, I ain’t got time to call. I am very disappointed!

What an absolute gem of a place with the friendliest and most knowledgeable people! We are now the very happy owners of a Volvo XC90, although my daughter would have preferred the rose gold G-wag!! Aaron is awesome and we left feeling like old friends - as and when we’re next changing cars we will be back. Exceptional from start to finish!
