Steve Ryder is a star. Very patient and helpful, and happy to do lots of boring figure work to put together a new deal on a car. And a thoroughly nice bloke with it! We had a good time while working through the numbers.

Absolutely shocking service from the salesperson to the sales manager to the manager of the dealership. Promises not met, no ownership or follow up of issue, phone calls not returned as promised. Promised refund took 3 months and a lot of chasing to receive. Will never deal with this dealership again.

I visited MB of Stratford, last week to seek some clarification on something in the handbook. It was a pleasure to meet Dan Ryder , a new employee, who was extremely helpful and gave time to sort my questions . He went some way to restoring my confidence in this dealership. I bought my car three months ago but to date had not received any follow up phone calls to check on my satisfaction. The reception ladies were always very helpful but the rest of the sales process was very second rate. Fortunately we go to Yorkshire every month and the York dealership were happy to answer my subsequent information queries. 5 star rating for Dan Ryder

Lovely staff, especially Mark T. and straight to the point on how much they are going to over you on a part-exchange. Not pushy like some sales staff can be. A pleasant place to buy a car, be it new or used. Would definitely recommend the garage.

After a “rocky” situation, I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Paige - her service exceeded expectations. She went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was smooth and hassle-free. When I needed to have my windscreen replaced, Paige arranged for a swift replacement vehicle to be provided. This was incredibly helpful and saved me from the inconvenience of being without a car whilst the work was being done. Paige was able to organise this quickly. Throughout the entire process, Paige kept me updated with timely messages. Her communication skills are excellent. Thank you so much to Gary who was extremely helpful. We were on our way up the M40 on a long journey when we had a tech issue in our new car. We came to the nearest Mercedes garage and Gary helped us straight away and was able to reset the system for us and was so friendly. We’d happily return to this garage.
