Absolutely fantastic place for a lovely peaceful get away from it all. Stayed in Cowpen cottage this time which was superb. Wendy includes many lovely touched which makes you feel really welcome. Hot tub and swimming pool tops it off. Nearby activities: Lots of excellent places to visit nearby. Stratford, Warwick, Snitterfield Armouries a gem of a place giving lots of insight to Sir Winston Churchill. Small but well worth a visit. The Snitterfield Arms is an excellent pub serving quality food.

Love the cosy stay and amazing view from cottages . Quiet piece full location for families and just relaxation for couples. Definitely come back , specially love Christmas decorations during festive season. Hot tub and swimming pool just lovely addition after long day .

Absolutely fantastic place to stay.. Lovely hoist and the cottage was gorgeous. My children wanted to stay and not go home. Rooms: Warm, clean, the bed and bedding very comfortable Nearby activities: Lots to do.. farm shop next door Butterfly world a little drive away Hatton farm also a little drive all fab! Safety: Very safe

Wendy and Paul were Fantastic hosts couldn't do enough, we had all 3 cottages and it is our 2nd time there can't wait to go back. So much to do in the area definitely recommend Alpaca experience at middle england farm

We had a great week here, the location is fantastic, the house and grounds are great, in a beautiful setting. There's plenty to do in the area, with Stratford Upon Avon just a few minutes drive away.

We only arrived yesterday but we love it here. With all the changes with covid 19 etc the welcome package was a lovely touch. We are staying in The Hayloft and it has everything you possibly want. We've just visited the Farm Shop and had breakfast, absolutely delicious the staff are lovely warm and friendly. My husband and I both work in education and this place offers us the sanctuary we needed to relax and fully unwind before we go back to education in September.

What an absolute gem of a place. Peaceful, secure and with fantastic facilities including a indoor pool and outdoor hotub with beautiful views over the Warwickshire countryside. The cottages are beautiful with all the home comforts you need. Parking is at the front of the cottages and electric gates keeps you private and secure. A perfect location for Stratford and Warwick, this is a place we will be back to. Lastly there is a brilliant farm shop on site which is beautiful and has a butchers, bakers and green grocers. Thank you for making it such a great place to come.

I type this from the fantastically comfy sofa of Cow Pen cottage, in which I'm staying. The place is fantastic, and my host, Wendy, was communicative from the time I booked right up to greeting me just after I arrived. It is peaceful, comfortable, and quite frankly I don't want to leave! Can't recommend this place enough.

Leaving here in two more days 😥 it's a delightful place to stay. Comfortable quiet and peaceful. All the amenities are as listed. I couldn't be more pleased with this "find". I almost hate to write a review...as I have no doubt it will soon become full of regular visitors and bookings will be difficult. I am an American traveler who has been visiting the U.K. for nearly 15 years...so I do know accommodations. These are top notch 👍👍 the Owners obviously love what they do.

My wife and I have recently returned from this fantastic cottage.Set in a beautiful location,just has we hoped it would be,with Hot tub overlooking open countryside very relaxing,also indoor swimming pool.just the job to unwind, Farm shop on site good prices yummy bacon and sausages,very close to park and ride about 10 minutes by car.or drive to stratford town centre about about 15 plus minutes, then have to try and find carpark and pay, the park and ride was our best choice no hassle.the cottage has everything you need from crockery to TV, we didn't watch the TV all week far to busy. many thanks to Wendy nothing was to much trouble. will definitely go back.
