I got in touch with customer service as we had an issue when moving down the mattress lower. Within 48 hours of contacting them, they had arranged for replacement parts to be shipped out to us. Such amazing customer service received from Demi at Snuz, lovely and so helpful. Great customer service.

Delivery was really fast and the products are great quality. We haven't assembled the changing unit yet but the cot took the predicted 1.5 hours to assemble. I would say the instructions and labelling of parts could be clearer.
The cot looks great and the little one seemed very happy in his first night in it.
I had to contact customer services because the box containing the changing unit legs arrived damaged and missing some parts and they could not have been better. Within an hour of submitting the contact form they'd confirmed which bits were missing and within a couple of hours after that confirmed they'd sent out replacement parts. Very impressive.

Jane has provided excellent customer service today. I find it quite daunting to get in touch with negative issues regarding a companies product. However, today I was met with empathy and swift action to make sure I was happy.
I really appreciate the time that was taken and feel very valued as a customer. We have lots of Snuz Products but I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase more in the future down the way they have handled an issue today and will be recommending the. Products to anyone who will listen! X

I have been buying nursery furniture, mattress, bedding and baby accessories from Snuz since the birth of my son and must say the quality has always been of high standards. I have recently encountered problem with my last order however the issue was resolved by Snuz in very professional manner. They have communicated each stage of replacement process very efficiently and promptly, their customer service has been fantastic. I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone as you can be reassured your customer experience will always be great. Special thanks to Nikki from Snuz who has been brilliant throughout the whole process.

Purchased the SnüzPod 4 and when I had finished building I had noticed there was a small tear at the seam of the front netting on part X. I straight away took a couple of pictures of the issue, and sent an email to the email address stated in the instruction booklet.
The next working day I heard from Demi asking about the issue and for my proof of purchase and the batch number.
The next morning after sending these to Demi I had an order recieved email for a replacement part being sent out which will be with me in the next couple of days.
The customer service from Demi has been amazing and the issue has been dealt with so efficiently.
Hopefully you wont have any issue with your product, but if you do, the customer service is brilliant!
Baby absolutely loves her SnüzPod 4 after outgrowing her moses basket; she now has so much more room, whilst the Pod still fits in the same area.
Very happy with the product and the service received.

We have been using Snuz products since our first child was born. Always been happy with high quality of products - crib, bedding, mattress. Their customer service is exceptional as well. We had a little issue with last order and it has been resolved quickly and very professionally. Highly recommend!

I recently ordered a replacement fabric and mattress set for my snuzpod for my imminent arrival of my new baby. Unfortunately the delivery company did not deliver when expected and were very unhelpful in trying to locate my order further than their warehouse and were impossible to contact. However, snuzpod were AMAZING quick responses to both emails and phone calls. They were very professional and apologetic and sent me a second order very speedily and have taken the responsibility for chasing the other order back from the delivery company. They couldn’t have been more helpful or efficient! Great customer service!

We had bought a Snuz cot off a supplier and found there had been a couple of parts missing. On emailing their customer service team, Demi was quick to reply and send out replacement parts. Fantastic quick service!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I left a voicemail with the Snuz team asking for help getting two replacement parts for the Snuzkot. I got a call back quickly and a couple of hours later I received confirmation that the parts would arrive in 1-5 days. Highly recommend.

Bought a SnuzPod 4. Great product that’s well designed and high quality.
A couple of parts were missing but the customer service to resolve it was fantastic replying to emails within minutes of sending. Highly recommended.
