I had the worst experience ever with the driver. He was keep buzzing the door and not entering. I went there to open and asked him to take the big packet to my place which is just few meters away from the main door and he said he can't. He can't even enter as this is a rule. I said a couple of times I am pregnant can you just not leave it there I am unable to carry this packet, he refused. I don't know what your rules are but this behaviour is not humane. Leaving a pregnant woman in her 9 month to carry a mattress is just something I cannot even imagine, especially if this is part of his job and my apartment is just meters away from the front door.

Absolutely furious with this mattress company! I've been stuck with the wrong mattress for two excruciating weeks, and their incompetence is beyond infuriating. They can't seem to resolve the issue, and I strongly advise against wasting your time and money with them

I’ve had some fairly disappointing customer service from the little green sheep. I ordered a Moses basket last week(against the clock as I’m due tomorrow) and received a confirmation email thanking me for my order. I chose next day delivery. I heard nothing from them so phoned this morning to be told the order was cancelled as the billing and shipping addresses were different (it’s a gift from family so I used a card belonging to somebody else). They told me that an email had been sent to me on Friday about this but it wasn’t. I was then told on the phone that I would receive an email with more information and I haven’t received anything. The money has been taken and has not been refunded so I have no Moses basket but have paid for it and cannot pay for another until the money has been refunded. Really stressful at a time when I don’t need stress.

The service that I received from The Little Green Sheep was superb. I ordered some of their products through a different online retailer. I attempted to contacted the retailer to no avail, so I reached out to The Little Green Sheep and the issue was resolved within a matter of minutes. Honestly an incredible service, especially as the original purchase was not through them directly. Thank you again

I have been using this moses basket for my baby for 3 months and I absolutely love it. My baby settles well in it and with the stand, it is an ideal height. The stand did arrive with an incorrect component but the company were very helpful in rectifying this, I sent a photograph of the issue along with the batch numbers on the box and a replacement stand was received quickly. I have now just ordered a custom size mattress to fit our cot because I was so pleased with how my baby has got on in the moses basket and because of the good customer service I received last time.

Our moses basket arrived slightly damaged but after getting in touch with the company, a replacement was quickly dispatched to us. Once we received the new basket the damaged one was collected via courier and returned to the company. We dealt with Demi within Customer Services the whole time, she was so helpful and polite. We are so so happy with both the quality of the product and the wonderful customer service we received and will certainly use this company again.

I'd ordered a moses basket from another company that had arrived faulty, and called the Little Green Sheep Company to see if I could purchase one of their baskets and collect/get it delivered within 24-48 hours. My baby was due within a couple of days so I knew timescales could be tight. Nicki was super helpful and friendly on the phone and organised for a moses basket to be sent, which arrived the next day. Thank you so much! Wonderful customer service and I'm really happy with the product to! Plus took a massive weight off my mind.

In line with tradition, we have not opened our parcels yet, however this site is not only beautiful with helpful specs and descriptions, but the customer service is excellent. Great service from Jane. I hit the trigger on a Moses basket a little too soon then found out afterwards that my Mrs wanted a different colour. Jane couldn't have been more helpful. The basket was delivered quickly and looks great. We wont hesitate to revisit Little Green Sheep for a few other bits and pieces in the coming weeks - highly recommend them !
