Went for a spa day in August as a gift for my birthday. The guy on reception was really friendly and helpful, lunch was great, the pool and sauna were clean... the only downside was the massage itself.
I get massages regularly and I have to say this was by far the worst I've ever received.
The woman spent most of her time over by the sink and not actually massaging my back. Whenever she returned from the sink she never slowly re-introduced her touch, at one point she startled me by just putting her elbow into my right side which was incredibly painful! It was very start-stop-start-stop and honestly I couldn't wait for it to end. I complained via the website and had no response. I definitely do NOT recommend booking a massage here but the other facilities were good.

I and my 2 daughters had a wonderful experience at the Hotel's Spa yesterday. The 2 massages and the 4 swims and light lunch we had were fabulous. The staff were very professional, very caring and very attentive for the whole day. The pool was cold but we were warned there had been a problem with the boiler but it didn't stop us from having an exhilarating experience. Thank you so much Stratfird Manor. We will return!

My wife booked us both in for two spa treatments for my birthday. We liased with Rally at the Spa reception and she accommodated us for the day’s treatments. This included an early massage followed by time in the pool and sauna. Afternoon tea followed before a relaxing couple of hours enjoying the sun before our second treatment.
The whole experience was very enjoyable and above all, relaxing, which was the whole purpose of our visit.
Thank you again Rally for a great day.

Provided the best dog bed at any of the hotels we’ve stayed at. Receptionist friendly. Breakfast very good.
Massage good. Facilities good.
One point to mention was that dinner service was understaffed. Staff were working hard but they need more support.
A safe bet.

Although this was a deal price the locker room was very worn. The pool small and half being used for swimming lessons. No whirlpool which most spas have. The afternoon tea was really nice although the cutlery was dirty and had to be sent back with no apology. Just disappointing overall.

We were welcomed by very polite receptionist, explained everything to the last bit and off we went to our room. Room was spacious and clean. I always rate rooms by the toilet. No complaints there, all clean no mould or broken tiles. Towels were good quality too. My daughter said the pillows were the best so far. I trust her as we had very good sleep after the Warwick Castle visit. What surprised me was electricity wall plug with two usb charging ports. There is safety box in the room and traditionally hair dryer and kettle. As a guest you can use spa and gym. There is a swimming pool with two saunas one dry one wet. There is option of massages or facial treatments. We opted for the breakfast which was offered for discounted price of £10 per person. Again traditional selection of food ranging from cereals to English breakfast. Food was tasty. Just to mention carpark. It's huge. I did not ask but I haven't seen any charging points. I'm sure there is more to offer but we only stayed for one night

Great treatments with a good lunch on a spa day. The steam and heat rooms are a bit small, but bearing in mind the day was relatively cheap we weren't unhappy.
The only downside was the heating was virtually non-existent and the pool was cold. I'm guessing that energy prices are impacting the business, but before I go again I'd be checking the heating situation.

Had a wonderful experience here. Highly recommend everyone to visit if ever in the Warwickshire area. Not too far a drive from Birmingham...
The customer service was excellent, we were made to feel very welcome, informed of everything available to us and treated with utmost respect and dignity.
The treatments were fantastic. Please head over to their website and have a look at the ultimate package - a 50min treatment accompanied by 2 x 25min express treatments, definitely worth it! I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Rally and Monika at the Spa who took care of us and provided amazing treatments.
Shout out to William and his colleagues at the bar who were equally wonderful in their service to us.
