Good points, showed up on time, friendly, fast, bought me flowers and the dog treats. Cheap. Should have swept out van and used covers and straps to reduce damage and not slide the mattress across the floor of van. Bad points, back of van covered in loft insulation, no covers, only 2 straps. Scratch on top of new induction job, hole and marks on new bed and mattress and always on the phone.
